Hill Street Blues c. 1981, if shes playing a hooker, the huge blonde cop behind her is likely Betty Thomas (Lucy Bates). It's not on Joyce's IMDB profile though. Maybe a small or just obscure part as an extra. Might be tricky hunting the episode down as there were always hookers being booked at the precinct. I'd try season 2 episode 4 though.
